In 2006 I became an online virtual performance artist. Trying to explain that concept to most is nigh on impossible so all I can tell you is that for the last 8 years I have played music and communicated with thousands of people all over the world, from my computer. It’s an immersive experience and perfect for a life long music maker like me, interested in expanding horizons both musically and technologically. I have found a receptive audience for my ambient music world using the avatar JaNa KYoMooN and keep developing the musical ‘behind the monitor ‘ activities as internet and computer power permit. What’s not to love? Here’s a video from the Black Dahlia Club.
